The equipment changed the water flow direction and controlled the flow rate through the multi-functional valve, then the water production, back washing and washing are finished by the deaerator. Moreover, the device can run automatically along with the micro-computerized controller and water level switch. 

The Iron-removal Ion exchanger which connected with the filtration deaerator can not only remove the Fe²⁺,but also be as the second stage treatment of soften water at the preceding stage, as well, the lime scale and the granulating slag in the boiler can be removed by it. 

The sponge iron, namely the deoxidant with strong oxygen-consuming capacity is used in EWTD series filter-style deaerators. It is a kind of high-iron porous material whose production process is advanced, activity is high, area is big, deaerating effect is brilliant, and working temperature is low, moreover, there is no harden,no powderization, no harmful substance generated, the backwashing frequency is quite low, the regeneration capacity is so strong, the service life is long enough and so on.
